NOTICE

The city of Clearwater is invoking its pending ordinance doctrine requiring all development projects that have not applied for building permits as of October 19, 2021 to comply with the new requirements and standards in Ordinance 9508-21.

This ordinance establishes certain revisions to Chapter 51 - Flood Damage Prevention of the city of Clearwater Community Development Code (Floodplain Management Ordinance), which may affect certain development requirements and standards including but not limited to base flood elevation and building height.
